KLEENLine to Introduce Case Loader at IBIE 2016 Innovation Showcase
Aug 30, 2016NEWBURYPORT, MA (August 30, 2016) – KLEENLine, a premier manufacturer of integrated sanitary product handling solutions, will present its innovative case loading system during the IBIE 2016 Innovation Showcase on Sunday, October 9 at 4:20pm, located in the Las Vegas Convention Center Lobby.
“Our innovative new case loading system is equipped to count the amount of predetermined product required per case. This provides an effective way for manufacturers to count and collate singulated products – providing a great alternative to combination scales in the bakery or pastry industry,“ stated Gene Shaw, vice president and general manager of KLEENLine.
This new system offers the latest in robotic product handling design to accommodate high speed and fragile baked goods. Utilizing speed up conveyors and high speed sensors, the product is separated and counted before being deposited into a holding chamber. Once a count is reached, the system indexes to a second holding chamber while the first chamber releases the product into a waiting case or bagger infeed.
