Custom Solutions for Production Requirements

Accumulation Conveyors are used to provide a buffer zone where a steady supply of product can be oriented or held back when downstream processes are not ready for additional product. In addition, accumulation conveyors can be used to smooth out fluctuations in production line rates caused by stoppages or machines operating at different speeds.

Line stoppages can happen in virtually any production operation, Kleenline offers a variety of solutions to match your accumulation needs: Whether FIFO (first in first out) of FILO (first in last out) or critical product orientation contact the experts at Kleenline for a solution.

Inline Multi-Directional Accumulation Conveyor

Inline Multi-Directional – (random)
Recirculates product when downstream is not ready for the product.

Rotary Accumulation Table
Rotary Turntable – (random) based on location of rotary table in your system and accessories mounted on the table.
The units can be used for loading or unloading stations as well as an accumulation buffer in the middle of a line.

Rotary Accumulation Table

Serpentine Accumulator – (FIFO)
Diverts product to a longer path increasing product hold time while keeping the line moving.

Vertical Accumulator (FILO)

Vertical Accumulator - (FILO)
Product offline and maintains product orientation. This is a great solution if product orientation is critical.

Bi-directional Table – (FILO)
Take product off line enmass and holds the product on an expanding table surface.

Typical applications for this type of Accumulation Table include installation between fillers, pasteurizers and labelers and between packaging equipment such as case packers, cleaners and uncasers.
